The Summer Blend combines three Colombian coffee lots: a washed community lot from Cauca sourced from smallholder farmers, and two experimental lots from Jairo Arcila's Santa Monica farm in Quindío using dry anaerobic fermentation. Processed with honey and washed methods. Varieties include Castillo, Catimor, Typica, and Caturra. Flavour notes of peach iced tea, candied apple, and caramel with bright juicy acidity, smooth syrupy body, and sweet caramelised finish. Suitable for all brew methods including espresso and filter.
