La Encantada
Summary
La Encantada is a single-origin coffee from El Salvador, produced by the Figueroa Sandoval siblings. Grown at 1850m within a 300-hectare nature reserve, this washed coffee features Pacamara, Geisha, and Bourbon varieties. The cup offers a complex, layered profile with bright, crisp acidity reminiscent of fresh pear and grapefruit, balanced by rich sweetness of milk chocolate and maple syrup, with a subtle hint of brown spices. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
