A single origin washed coffee from Colombia. The blend consists of Castillo, Colombia, Catimor (51%) and Caturra (48%) varieties grown at 1200–2100 meters above sea level. Roasted to a medium dark level. The flavour profile includes notes of mandarin, orange, white grape, macadamia, dark chocolate, marzipan, milk chocolate, and plum. It has medium to light-high acidity, pronounced sweetness, low bitterness, and medium to full body. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
