Kólumbíu Kaffi - Aponte - Honey Vinnsluaðferð (light)
Summary
This coffee comes from the Inga community of Aponte in the Nariño region of Colombia. It is grown at 2150 meters above sea level on smallholder properties in the Resguardo Inga Aponte. The Caturra variety benefits from the nutrient-rich ash of the Galeras Volcano, producing a sweet and complex cup. Processed using the honey method, which sits between natural and washed processing, the coffee is bright, sweet, and complex without being overly funky. Flavour notes include milk chocolate, cocoa, orange, cinnamon, caramel, and toffee.
