Ethiopian washed coffee from the Danche washing station in Gedeb woreda, Yirgacheffe, managed by Nigusse Debela. Grown at 2300 m by smallholder farmers around Chelchele, Haloberiti, HaloArtumi and Gotiti, using the indigenous landrace varieties Wolisho and Dega. Cherries are hand-sorted, pulped and dried on raised beds. Filter roast with notes of black tea, lemon and cherry.
