The coffee is Red Catuai, grown at 1,275 masl, and processed by anaerobic fermentation followed by natural sun-drying on raised beds. Tasting notes of raspberry jam, roasted hazelnuts and toffee, with a full, long-lasting body, very present sweetness and mild acidity.
