Colombia Manos Juntas
Summary
Colombia Manos Juntas is a specialty coffee from the Cauca region near Popayán, Colombia, produced by Banexport at the Manos Juntas Micromill. Grown at 1400–2000 meters above sea level, this 100% Arabica coffee is made from Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. The beans undergo a natural process: five-day anaerobic fermentation followed by 30–45 days of drying on raised beds. The cup profile features juicy cranberry, dessert chocolate, and grape sweetness, with a creamy texture in espresso and more fruity nuances when brewed as a filter.
