The cascara comes from the Catuai variety, processed using the Natural method, grown at 1700-2500 meters above sea level. The concentrate offers a flavour profile of green apple, dried cranberry, and raisins. It is a ready-to-use liquid concentrate that can be diluted 1:9 with water to prepare a refreshing beverage.
