A decaffeinated single origin specialty coffee from Colombia, produced by the women's association ASOMUJER in the Huila region (Timaná). Grown at 1400–2000 m altitude. Varieties: Castillo, Caturra, Colombia. Processed using the washed method followed by Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination, also known as the Sugarcane Process. Roasted dark for espresso. Flavour notes: molasses, red apple, and nougat. Full-bodied and deep when brewed as espresso.
