Summary

A washed coffee from the Guji Zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region, produced by over 500 smallholder farmers around Shakiso District at 1950-2150 MASL. Grown from traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties in rich red-loamy soils, the cherries are selectively handpicked and washed processed. The cup profile is vibrant and elegant with notes of plum, apple, black tea, bergamot, caramel, jasmine, and raw honey, balanced by a silky body and crisp acidity.
