Sitio Tripui
Summary
Sitio Tripui is a small family farm in Sul de Minas, Brazil, run by María and Valdecir Prado at 1,300 m. The coffee is naturally processed, with cherries hand-picked at optimal ripeness, sorted and slowly dried on raised beds for several weeks. Varieties are Yellow and Red Catuai. In the cup it shows a classic profile with sweet notes of blueberry and almond over a milk chocolate base with a malt background, a long finish and mild acidity. Recommended for espresso, super-automatic machines and Italian moka pot.
