Sitio Colina
Summary
Sitio Colina is a Brazilian coffee from the mountains of Poço Fundo, Minas Gerais, grown by Luiz Scalco and his family at 1,150 metres. The farm, part of the Barreiro dos Francos community, has over forty years of coffee tradition and focuses on limited, quality-driven production. Yellow and Red Catuai varieties are processed using the natural method, giving a classic, structured profile with sweet stone fruit and almond notes over a chocolate and biscuit base with a caramel background. Mild acidity and a long-lasting finish make it versatile, performing especially well as espresso, in bean-to-cup machines and in the moka pot.
