Gargari Gutiti
Summary
Gargari Gutiti is a natural-process Ethiopian coffee from smallholder family farms in Gargari village, Gedeb, in the Yirgacheffe region, grown at 1,983 m. Cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness and dried in the fruit on African raised beds for 19 to 25 days at the Gargari washing station managed by Birhanu Geda. The 74110 variety gives a sweet, floral cup with notes of forest fruits, blueberries and vanilla, a blueberry-jam base, undertones of ripe fruit and maple syrup, honeyed acidity and a creamy body.
