
Ethiopia Rumudamo
Summary
This coffee is sourced from the Rumudamo washing station in the village of Arbegona, Sidama, Ethiopia. Harvested in January 2025 at 2,200 MASL, around 600 local smallholder farmers contributed cherries to create this lot. The primary variety is Heirloom 74112. Managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma of Daye Bensa. Processed using the washed method: cherries are depulped and fermented underwater for 48-72 hours, then dried on raised beds for 8-12 days. Flavour profile includes lemon lime, nectarine, white peach, yuzu and jasmine with juicy acidity and sparkling florals.
