It is a natural processed Catuaí Rojo & Amarillo variety grown at 1400 meters. The cup is characterized by sweet notes of cocoa, toffee, and hazelnut, with a creamy body and tartaric acidity. It has a prolonged cocoa finish and is suitable for both espresso and milk-based drinks.
