The coffee features Heirloom and JARC 74110 varieties, processed using the natural method. It has a medium roast and is recommended for espresso. The cup profile offers notes of red berries, cherry, apricot, raspberry, red grape, honeyed citrus with floral aromatics and a delicate chocolate finish, supported by vibrant acidity and a rich, rounded texture.
