Powerful Beans is a Brazilian Arabica blend from the Minas Gerais region, grown at 800-1200 meters altitude. It combines seven varieties: Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Maracaturra, Maragogype, and Typica. The coffee is naturally processed and medium roasted. The flavour profile includes milk chocolate, nutty, raisin, and tropical fruit notes with a full body and low acidity.

Grind: medium-fine
- 1.Place the AeroPress in inverted position and add 18g freshly ground coffee.
- 2.Pour 50g of 85°C water over the coffee and let it bloom.
- 0:10Stir gently.
- 0:30Add another 150g of 85°C water, using a total of 200g.
- 0:50Stir the coffee three times.
- 6.Attach the wet filter and screw on the cap.
- 7.Flip the AeroPress and press slowly. (20 s)
French press

- 1.Pour 500g water over the coffee. Do not stir immediately; let it steep for 1 minute so the grounds absorb the water. (1:00)
- 1:00Gently stir the coffee to ensure even extraction.
- 3.Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes. (4:00)
- 4:00Place the filter on top of the French press and press down slowly and evenly, but not too hard.
