Summary
This specialty coffee from the Serra Negra region of Brazil uses Bourbon and Catuai varieties. The beans undergo natural (dry) processing, resulting in a sweet, full-bodied cup. Medium roasted with an espresso profile, it offers flavour notes of chocolate, nutty, caramel, red fruit, raisin, tropical fruit and citrus. Awarded an SCA score of 85 points.

Grind: Közepesen finom
- 1.Place the AeroPress in the inverted position and add 18g of freshly ground coffee.
- 0:00Start the timer and pour 50g of 85°C water over the coffee.
- 0:10Stir gently three times back and forth.
- 0:30Pour another 150g of 85°C water (total 200g).
- 0:50Stir gently three times again.
- 1:00Place the wet filter and cap on, then wait until 1:40.
- 1:40Flip the AeroPress and press down slowly and evenly, finishing at 2:00. (20 s)
