A specialty coffee from Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region, produced by João Marcos Botelho at Fazenda Santo Antônio. The Paraiso variety is processed using natural anaerobic method, grown at 1008 m altitude. It offers a flavour profile of mild Kahlúa, cooked berry and winey acidity. Roasted to a medium level, it is designed for espresso and cold brew preparation. SCA score of 80.
