The composition lists Colombia Condor as the source. It offers a complex sensory profile with an intense chocolate and marzipan character that transitions into a lingering fruity sweetness reminiscent of orange jam. The roaster recommends it for espresso preparation with an 18g dose, 36g yield in about 27 seconds, or for a moka pot. It is a regular, permanently available decaf offering.
