A washed Bourbon coffee from the Nyamyumba washing station in the Rubavu district, Western Province, Rwanda, grown at 1742m altitude. Processed using the washed method. Flavour profile includes caramel, toffee, crispy red apple, and pink grapefruit with a creamy texture. The coffee is grown in nutrient-rich volcanic clay soils by smallholder farmers who handpick and carefully sort the cherries.
