House Blend
Summary
A medium roast specialty coffee blend from Brazil, composed of 75% Brazilian Arabica and 25% Brazilian Robusta. The Arabica provides a full body, soft acidity, and natural sweetness with chocolate and nutty notes, while the Robusta adds depth, intensity, a hint of spice, a more pronounced cocoa character, and a creamier texture. The coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro and Rondônia regions, with beans from Alto Paranaiba and Fazenda Selva.
