Colombia Julio Andrés Quiceno | Finca Milan
Summary
A specialty coffee from Finca Milán in Betulia, Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Julio Andrés Quiceno. This lot uses Caturra and Castillo varieties, processed with a controlled nitrogen co-fermentation (infusion process) to enhance sweetness and aromatics. It offers vibrant notes of mangosteen, passiflora, and sugar cane, with a bright acidity, creamy body, and long juicy finish. Roasted light, it is ideal for filter brewing but also works as espresso.
