Summary
Colombia Tolima El Vergel is a specialty coffee from the El Vergel Farm in the Tolima region of Colombia. The coffee undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process with 84 hours of low-temperature anaerobic fermentation, stirred every 12 hours, followed by cooling and a combination of machine drying and 24-32 days of natural drying on raised beds. Grown at 1,900m altitude with Caturra and Castillo varieties. The cup offers notes of blueberry, acai, and chocolate with a juicy mouthfeel and long aftertaste.
