The farm traces its roots to Orlando Sanchez, who won the Presidential Award in 2019 and 2nd place in the 2020 Cup of Excellence. The coffee undergoes a semi-washed process with 70 hours of tank fermentation, depulping, then an additional 70 hours of fermentation with Mosto. Tasting notes include chamomile, pear, orange, with a smooth texture and long aftertaste.
