Summary

A natural processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced by several small farmers delivering cherries to the Worka Wuri washing station near Gedeb. Grown at 1900-2100 masl, the cherries are shade-grown, hand-sorted, and dried on raised African beds for 12-15 days. Cup notes include lavender, peach, black tea, and cherry, with a bright, perfumed profile and medium acidity. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
