Summary
A washed Rwandan coffee from Nyamasheke district, produced by several small farmers. Grown at 1700-2000 masl, this Red Bourbon variety undergoes classic washed processing with 12-15 hour fermentation and drying on raised beds. Flavour profile features mango, peach, grapefruit and tomato with a smooth medium body and clean, refined finish.
