Summary
Gargari Gutiti is a coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, produced by the Gargari Gutiti washing station in Banko, Gedeb. Grown at 1983 meters above sea level using Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Processed using the Supernatural method on raised beds with controlled fermentation. Flavour notes include blueberry, pineapple, lavender, honey, and cloves. Suggested for both espresso and filter brewing.
