Efrain is a washed coffee from Peru, produced by Efrain Carhuallocllo Salvador in the Chirinos region at 1850-2000 masl. The Caturra variety undergoes a Classic Washed process with fermentation in water tanks and drying on raised beds. The cup profile features tangerine, red apple, and caramel fudge with a bright, lively acidity and smooth sweetness. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
