Summary

A washed coffee from the Mutambu Commune in the Mumirwa region of Burundi, grown at 1800 m.a.s.l. by 384 smallholder producers and processed at Migoti Coffee's washing station on Migoti Hill. Variety is Red Bourbon. Cherries are sorted, fermented for one day, pulped and washed, then shade pre-dried for 5 days and fully dried on raised beds for 2-3 weeks. Flavour profile: blackcurrant, honey and cardamom.
