Washed coffee from Finca Palmachayuq, produced by Americo Palomino in Pacaybamba, Cusco, Peru, grown at 2260 m.a.s.l. The Americano variety offers a flavour profile of raisin, grapefruit and milk chocolate. Palomino is an elder of the Pacaybamba sector following his family's coffee farming tradition, now working with his son Roberto and daughter Liliana. Each microlot is processed with care, separating varieties per picking day. The farm is part of the Incahuasi Coop, whose members share Inca ancestry and traditional community working methods (Minka and Ayni).
