Specialty instant coffee from Riacho Das Varas farm in Chapada de Minas, Brazil, produced by Ricardo Hirofumi at 1100-1200 MASL. Made from Yellow Catuai (a Mundo Novo x Caturra cross) and naturally processed, with cherries sorted, dried in thin layers and turned for even drying before milling and packing in GrainPro bags. Crystalized specialty instant coffee created with Hasty Coffee Canada. Flavour notes of chocolate, nuts and roasted almond; cupping score 87. Roasted light to medium for instant use.
