Ceiba Marcala Honduras - Honey Organic
Summary
Ceiba is an organic honey-processed coffee from the Marcala region of La Paz, Honduras, grown at 1200-1700 MASL by partner producers of COMSA (Café Organico Marcala). Varieties are Parainema, Lempira, Icatu and Red Catuai. The cup is clean and balanced with soft honey sweetness, milk chocolate, dried fruit and white blossom, and a clean finish. Roasted light for filter and medium-light for espresso, it suits those who prefer a classic, smooth, chocolatey profile over vibrant fruit.
