Summary

Boku Sayisa is a washed coffee from the highlands of Hambella district in Western Guji, Ethiopia. Grown at 2,350 meters above sea level by approximately 565 smallholder farmers, this community lot features Heirloom Dega and Kudhume varieties. The coffee is fermented in sealed tanks for 72 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for over 13 days. Flavour notes include blueberry, peony, sugar cane, stewed fruit, grape, and viscous lychee with a long floral aftertaste.
