Arnuad Causse Bourbon is a coffee from the Terrazas del Pisque farm in the Pichincha region of Ecuador, grown at 1900-2000 meters elevation by producer Arnaud Causse. The coffee is 100% Bourbon variety, harvested July 2024. It offers notes of dried berry, currant, raisin, dates, dark grape, elderberry and cacao, with a heavy-weighted viscosity and glossy texture. The farm employs biodynamic and forest-grown practices with fruit trees, eucalyptus, nitrogen-fixing plants and bee hives to strengthen the ecosystem.
