Summary
Single origin coffee from the Kiambu region of Kenya, produced by a cooperative of smallholder farmers delivering to the Githiga Factory. The coffee is meticulously washed and sun-dried on raised beds. Varieties include SL-28, SL-34, Rairu 11 and Batian. The cup profile is juicy, with notes of redcurrant, orange peel and lime as black coffee, and apple pie and toffee with milk. It scored 87 on the cupping table.
