NOBILE is a light-roast espresso blend from elbgold, combining three natural-processed coffees from Ethiopia (Sidama Bombe, Heirloom variety), Costa Rica (Tarrazú, Las Nubes, Catuai variety), and Rwanda (Musaza, Red Bourbon variety). It offers a fruit-forward profile with notes of nougat, apricot, and blackberry, characterized by pronounced sweetness and a silky texture. The blend is deliberately roasted light (Agtron approx. 70) to preserve fruit complexity and avoid roast bitterness.
