BOMBE is a single-origin espresso from the village of Bombe in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Produced by the Ayla Washing Station (Faysel A. Yonis), it comes from approximately 725 local farmers. The coffee is grown at 1,950-2,150 meters above sea level. Varieties include Kurume, 74110, and 74158. Processed as an Improved Natural with selective cherry sorting, short soaking, and slow drying on African beds under shade nets. Roasted as a Light Roast Espresso. Flavour profile includes passion fruit, mandarin, marzipan sweetness, with creamy texture and lively acidity.
