DENBI UDDO is a single-origin filter coffee from Guji, Ethiopia, produced by Faysel A. Yonis at Jigesa Washing Station. Grown at 1800-2000m altitude, the coffee consists of Kurume and Wolisho varieties. It is washed processed with careful fermentation and dried on raised beds. The roast is designed for filter brewing with high transparency. Flavor notes include jasmine, peach, Earl Grey, and caramel with a clean, bright citrus and apple acidity and a medium body.
