NEUNBAR is a classic Full City espresso blend from elbgold, combining three origins: Nicaragua Los Placeres (Red Bourbon, washed) from Fincas Mierisch, Honduras El Puente (Red Catuai) from Marysabel Caballero & Moises Herrera, and Brazil Monte Alegre (Yellow Bourbon, Catuai) from Coopervass. Dark roasted to the edge of second crack, it delivers a full-bodied espresso with low acidity, notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and walnut, a dense crema, and a long finish. Designed as a reliable daily espresso for bar, office, or home use.
