LAS NUBES is a washed filter coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica, produced by Roberto Mata Naranjo from the Las Nubes farm in Valle de Dota at 1900m altitude. Grown since 2009 as a long-term direct trade partnership. The coffee is of the Caturra variety, processed using a precise washed method with selective hand-picking and raised bed drying. Flavour notes include red grape, light nougat, nutty sweetness, rooibos, and light caramel. Roasted for filter preparation with focus on clarity and structure.
