Ethiopia Gotiti Moki
Summary
Single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, produced by smallholder farmers who deliver cherries to the Chelbesa processing station. Grown above 2000 MASL from JARC74110 and JARC74112 varieties and processed naturally, with cherries floated, sorted and dried in shade for 20-30 days. The cup is expressive and fruit-forward, with vibrant tart cranberry, jammy pomegranate, buttery milk chocolate and classic Yirgacheffe jasmine florals.
