A single-origin coffee from Hacienda La Union in Costa Rica's Los Santos region, produced by Alejo Kahle Castro, a fifth-generation producer. The Villa Sarchi variety is processed using the Red Honey method, resulting in deep sweetness of ripe grape and tangy blackberry notes, coated with maple syrup sweetness. Grown at 1500-1600 MASL.
