Summary

A single origin peaberry coffee from the Migoti Mountain region of Burundi, sourced directly by the roasters' founders from local smallholder farmers. The coffee is Arabica Bourbon variety, grown at 1700-1900m altitude. Processed using both natural and washed methods at the Migoti Washing Station. The cup profile offers notes of caramel, almond, grapefruit, and spice, with a clean delicate flavour, rich body, and bright acidity.
