This coffee comes from 52 smallholder producers in the Pedregal and San Antonio areas of Inzá, Cauca, Colombia. It is a blend of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties grown at 1800 metres above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and decaffeinated using the Hanseatic Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. Flavour notes include nougat and raisin. Roasted light to medium, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
