Decaf Colombia El Buho
Summary
El Buho (The Owl) is a washed sugarcane, or Ethyl Acetate, decaf coffee sourced from farmers in the Huila and Tolima regions of Colombia. It features Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, grown at 1400-1700 metres above sea level. The coffee is processed using the sugarcane decaffeination method, which gently removes caffeine while preserving the bean's natural structure. Flavour notes include toasted nuts, syrup, and lemonade. Roasted to a light/medium level, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
