The lot is expressive and bright, with notes of lemongrass, white florals, and crisp green apple. Fermentation involves 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation in cherry, 12 hours of oxidation, and 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation after pulping, with a thermal shock at 50°C for 30 minutes and 36 hours of mechanical drying. Delivered in a 100% recyclable bag and recyclable box.
