Cosmo Plum is a honey-processed collective lot of Caturra and Castillo varieties, harvested around Buesaco in Nariño, Colombia. The farms sit on volcanic soil between 1,600 and 2,000 metres. It was produced in collaboration with Fusion Coffee Exporters and Nordic Approach. The honey process builds sweetness and a jammy character, with tasting notes of dark plum, purple grapes and brown sugar.
