A washed processed coffee from Taferi Kela village in Ethiopia's Sidama region, produced by Bette Buna and the Taferi Kela community. Grown at 1900-2000 masl, this lot features local landrace varieties Enat buna as well as JARC varieties 74110 and 74112. The cup profile offers a silky body with notes of brown sugar and apricot compote. Washed processing involves sorting, de-pulping, fermentation in tanks, washing and drying on raised beds. Best suited for filter brewing methods such as V60, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière.
