Summary
Special 10th anniversary release from UK roaster Curve Coffee Roasters. This filter coffee comes from Bette Buna's Megadu site in the Guji region of Southern Ethiopia, featuring cultivated landrace varieties alongside JARC 74110 and 74112. Processed using a 'kickstart' natural method: cherries are oxidised for 24 hours, fermented in closed barrels for 48 hours, then dried on raised beds. The cup offers a jammy mouthfeel with notes of honeysuckle, strawberry, peach and sherry. Great for pour-overs, drip machines, Aeropress and cafetiere. 20% of sales are donated to the Taferi Kela Kid's Club project.
